Dallas Camera Hub provides paid, one-on-one camera consultation services. Our consultations are designed to offer guidance and information to help you with security camera setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. We do not provide repair services, and our consultations do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Independent Service

Dallas Camera Hub is an independent consultation service. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any device manufacturer, including but not limited to Arlo Technologies, Ring LLC, Amazon, Google, or any other company. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders.

3. Payment & Fees

All consultations are paid services with flat, one-time fees as described on our Pricing page. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect consultations already booked and paid for.

4. Refund Policy

Because our consultations are time-based services, refunds are generally not offered once a session has taken place. If you have concerns about a consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of your session and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our consultations provide guidance only. Results may vary depending on your specific device, network environment, and other factors outside our control. Dallas Camera Hub is not responsible for any damage to devices, data loss, or other issues that may arise from following our guidance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

6. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that our guidance will resolve your issue or that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. User Conduct
